My Dragon Ball fan character Skaza.
Why 8435?
That is his serial number because he's an bio android made of saiya-jin and human created in military laboratory on earth.. he was supossed to be burned because of some issues but on the rail he somehow woke up and escaped the facility living beyond human beings.
Here you can see his ultimate technique called Nuclear Disc which is basically a Destructo disc with a giant ball of all his Ki energy which will detonate in a huge explosion after it hits something.
But for now... he's not even in half wat to use it for first time.
